The following systems are partially supported by FreeBSD. Inparticular the fiber channel controllers in SBus-based systems arenot supported. The Farallon EtherWave and EtherMac card came in two varieties.The ep(4) driver supports the 595 and 895 cards. These cards havethe blue arrow on the front along with a 3Com logo. The Farallon595a cards, which have a red arrow on the front, are also calledEtherWave and EtherMac. They are supported by the sn(4) driver.

The snd_hda(4) driver supports more than two hundred differentcontrollers and CODECs. There is no sense to list all of them here,as in most cases specific CODEC configuration and wiring are moreimportant then type of the CODEC itself.

According to VIA, the USB 2.0 core was disabled in all reference boards that were sent out to the press. Citing driver issues for not enabling the functionality, VIA assured us that USB 2.0 is fully functional in all chipsets coming off the production line and the situation will be remedied immediately. Later this month Intel will release their ICH4 with USB 2.0 support, unfortunately ICH4 will only be paired with i845E and i845G chipsets at first.
Each On Time RTOS-32 component includes drivers for various hardware. Note that the source code of most of these drivers is included with the full product. Since drivers are linked directly into user applications, developing custom drivers is very simple.
I installed the appropriate drivers, however, MS-DOS games don't work since I don't see the drivers for MS-DOS for the sound card. The sound card is a VIA AC'97 that has Sound Blaster capability within the BIOS and the games just don't seem to detect it (mainly because the TSR driver for the sound card isn't there, or I have to guess where the TSR programs are). I had my Sound Blaster Blaster 16 WavEffects CT4170 installed, but the IRQ was wrong, no DMA, and Windows games won't detect the sound card (Rollercoaster Tycoon).
